The next stop on the NMRA circuit was at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio June 9-12.The very hot and humid conditions would make it extra challenging for our tuners and drivers to make it down the track surface.
Due to the rain out at the last NMRA race in Maple Grove there was some unfinished business between Vinny Palazzolo and Joel Greathouse. During qualifying the two KBX drivers faced off in the Maple Grove make up final round. Once the tree dropped the race became a pedal fest due to the 140 degree track temps. Vinny would make it the strip first to take the win.
Later on during qualifying for the Ohio race, Vinny Palazzolo would qualify #1 with a 4.59 at 165mph but two other Team KBX members, Charles Hull and Ronnie Diaz, would eventually meet in the final round with Charles taking the win in a pedal fest.
Congrats to all our customers on a dominating performance at NMRA!
